Ireland U16 Women's European Championship Squad Named

Ireland U16 Women’s Head Coach Maeve Coleman has named the 12 players who will represent their country at the 2016 FIBA European Championships. 

Three players are from Dublin with two from Galway, two from Kildare and one each from Antrim, Cork, Laois, Mayo and Waterford. 

Four of the squad were members of the Ireland U16 squad who finished seventh at the 2015 European Championships - Finn, Masterson, Phelan and Maguire. 

This year, the Ireland U16’s will complete in Romania from August 5th to 14th.
