U15s Trip the Luxembourg
July 19, 2016
The Irish Under 15 boys and girls squads are travelling to Luxembourg to play five games each v their U15 and U16 squads. This represents an excellent opportunity for both squads to compete in an intense and jam packed series of games. It will certainly test the resolve of the the squads as two of the games are against Luxembourg full Under 16 teams.
Under 15 girls head coach Andy Gill commented- ' This trip is really going to demand a high level of intensity and technical execution against a country who have the advantage of weekly practice sessions. It's a further stop on the learning curve of our squads and both myself and Pat remain committed to the long term process with our end game over a year hence. Of course one or two wins would be great but that must come secondary to the programme aims which is the development of both the individual player and their role within a team'.
