Venues announced for Hula Hoops National Cup semi-finals

All roads lead to Cork once more this year, as the venues for the Hula Hoops National Cup semi-finals have officially been announced.
Neptune Stadium and Parochial Hall will play host to one of the biggest weekends in the basketball calendar, which takes place on January 6th, 7th and 8th in what is set to be a truly fantastic showcase of basketball.
Speaking about the announcement, Secretary General of Basketball Ireland, Bernard O’Byrne stated: “Cork has become synonymous with the National Cup semi-finals and we look forward to returning there once more. Both Neptune Stadium and Parochial Hall are two great venues to host these games, and we have no doubt that it will be yet another enjoyable weekend of basketball action.”
The Women’s National Cup quarter-finals take place this weekend, while in the Men’s National Cup, UCD Marian, SSE Airtricity Moycullen and Pyrobel Killester have all booked their spots in January’s semi-finals.
The final spot will be contested by Templeogue and Griffith Swords Thunder in the quarter-final on Wednesday, December 7th, at 8pm in the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght.
