Online coaching workshops to take centre stage this week
April 04, 2020
Calling all coaches!
From Sunday, April 5th, a dedicated series of seminars for coaches will be hosted online to help all coaches develop and learn.
Ireland U18 men’s head coach, Paul Kelleher will host the series of online seminars alongside a number of experienced and up and coming Irish coaches who will deliver a number of talks throughout the week, reflecting on their coaching experiences abroad and at international and National League level.
Each day, two new coaches will present a topic and viewers will be able to ask questions.
Speaking about the initiative, Coach Kelleher stated: “We have a vast amount of coaching experience in our country who are very knowledgable. This is a great opportunity for our Irish basketball community to learn from each other.”
The seminars will cover topics across all aspects of the game, including S&C, nutrition and sports psychology.
