National Draw Update - Tickets due back by January 15th

ALL NATIONAL DRAW TICKETS, SOLD OR UNSOLD MUST BE RETURNED TO BASKETBALL IRELAND HQ BY JANUARY 15TH.
PLEASE SEE BELOW GUIDELINES FOR ALL INCURRING PENALTIES FOR UNRETURNED TICKETS.
This year Basketball Ireland has once again made the National Draw available to all clubs to use as a fundraiser.
Last year was a complete success, generating over â¬110,000 in funds for all clubs that participated and we aim to achieve more success of a bigger nature again this year.
How it works:
Your team/ club/ committee/ organisation order the tickets from us (essentially raffle tickets, free of charge), your team/ club/ committee/ organisation sells them and you keep 90% of the intake returning 10% to us for certain costs relating to the production of this venture.
For example: a full book of 20 tickets costing â¬5 each if all sold would generate â¬100. Your team would keep â¬90 and return â¬10 to us.
We provide all of the prizes including a car, weekend trips to New York, Paris, London, a Super T.V, a set of 4 family bikes and 2 x National League Finals tickets including a weekend stay in a hotel.
We also provide free promotional posters to help advertise the draw for each seller or club.
All tickets sold or unsold must be returned.
If you do not return any unsold tickets or tickets are lost â you are liable for the 10% of each ticket lost/unreturned (.50c per ticket). There is no penalty once unsold tickets are returned.
These tickets are available for collection from Tuesday May 5th and should be ordered by e-mail before collection date of your choice. Tickets can be ordered at any time. For those not in an immediate rush, we also send them out free of charge.
When ordering, please carefully consider the amount you expect to sell, as all 50,000 tickets available for this draw have the potential to be sold and we would hate for anybody to miss out on this fundraising opportunity while tickets arenât being sold elsewhere.
We can only deal with one representative from each club/ organisation at all times on this, so that person will be the point of contact for your club. Each ticket has a serial number which will be documented and should also be documented by that person.
The draw will be taking place at the National Finals in January 2016. All tickets need to be returned by January 15th 2016 and each team will be liable for all tickets unreturned by that date. There will be no leeway given.
