Applications open for Ireland Senior Men and Senior Women 3X3 Head Coach positions

Basketball Ireland is currently looking for applicants for the positions of Head Coach of the Senior Men and Senior Women’s Irish international 3x3 teams.

Applicants for the Head Coach positions should have a minimum of a Level 1 coaching qualification. They should also be Garda-vetted, be registered with Basketball Ireland, and have a Basketball Ireland Coaching Licence. Experience within 3x3 basketball would be an advantage, but not essential.

 All applicants must be available to travel to the European Cup qualifying tournament taking place in Limassol, Cyprus from June 3-6, 2022 and would be expected to run a training program in the months leading up to the event.

These positions are voluntary, but reasonable expenses will be agreed upon appointment.

The deadline for the Head Coach positions is Sunday, April 17, 2022. Candidates may be shortlisted for interview and Basketball Ireland reserves the right to readvertise should a suitable candidate not be found in this initial process.
